How long do we keep your data?

Where an organisation has a policy or a request which requires this (or any other) information to be deleted after a specific length of time, this should be raised within the mediation and agreed by each party as part of the outcome of the mediation. Where one party requests deletion of an outcome agreement after the event, written confirmation of the agreement of other parties will be required. The party requesting the deletion will be responsible for gaining this written confirmation from other parties.
